The Artist
Camilla Ferrari (1992) is a visual artist and teacher based in Milan. His work, which mixes still and moving images, reflects on the ambiguity of perception, the coexistence of dreams and reality, the power of silence and the poetry of everyday life.
In 2021 she was one of the five finalists of the ING Talent Award, in 2020 she was one of the five artists nominated by Camera – Centro Italiano per la Fotografia of Turin for Futures Photography, a research platform on contemporary photography supported by the European Union. In 2019 she was selected by PDN as one of the thirty emerging photography talents worldwide and by Artsy "20 Rising Female Photojournalists".
His work has been published in National Geographic, The New York Times, Essenziale, NPR, US News, D – La Repubblica and Domus, among others. Alongside her personal and editorial projects, Camilla has collaborated with commercial clients on special commissions, such as Lamborghini, Loro Piana and Sony Music.
